Soulful Saturdays (& Sundays): Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
with Taylor Zangari
$35
Spring weather has a way of keeping us on our toes — one day sunshine, the next snow.
This is your invitation to step out of the unpredictability… and into a warm, quiet space.
Join us at Arrowhead Acres for a 60-minute Yin Yoga experience paired with a soothing sound bath, part of our Soulful Saturday series — monthly gatherings designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect.
✨ Limited spots available to keep the experience intimate
This gentle, slow-moving practice features longer-held, mostly seated or reclined postures that invite the body to soften and the mind to quiet. As you settle into each pose, the calming tones of a singing bowl will be woven throughout the session, creating a meditative, deeply restorative atmosphere.
With the new date, we’re hoping to open this experience onto our deck overlooking the pines (weather permitting) — bringing even more calm and connection to the morning.**
Yin Yoga is accessible to all experience levels and is especially supportive for anyone craving stillness, restoration, or simply a quiet moment away from the busyness of everyday life.
Last time, people shared how grounded and relaxed they felt walking out — like they had finally exhaled after a long week.
