Join us at Arrowhead Acres for a 60-minute Yin Yoga experience paired with a soothing sound bath, part of our new Soulful Saturday series — monthly gatherings designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect.

This gentle practice features longer-held, mostly reclined or seated postures that invite the body to soften and the mind to quiet. As you settle into each pose, the calming tones of a singing bowl will be woven throughout the session, creating a meditative and deeply restorative atmosphere.

Yin Yoga is accessible to all experience levels and is especially supportive for anyone craving stillness, restoration, or simply a quiet moment away from the busyness of everyday life.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may wish to use, such as blocks or bolsters or blankets.

Who This Is For

This class is for anyone who’s craving rest, ease, and a gentle pause.
