Welcome to Arrowhead Acres! We’re so glad you’re here. By signing up for a workshop, gathering, or event, you’re agreeing to the simple terms below so everything runs smoothly for everyone.
Reservations & Payments
When you register for a workshop or event, your spot is reserved once payment is completed through our website. All payments are processed securely through trusted platforms like Stripe or PayPal.
Please double-check your date and details before submitting — space is limited, and your registration helps us plan supplies, materials, and food.
Cancellations & Refunds
Life happens — we get it!
If you need to cancel:
7+ days before the event: you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.
Less than 7 days before: we’ll do our best to fill your spot, but refunds may not be available once materials are purchased or reserved.
If Arrowhead Acres ever needs to cancel or reschedule (for weather, emergencies, or low enrollment), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your spot to another date.
Workshops & Events
Each gathering at Arrowhead Acres is meant to be creative, inspiring, and inclusive. We ask that all guests respect the space, the property, and each other.
We reserve the right to photograph events for social media and promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know at check-in — we’ll happily honor your request.
Privacy & Safety
Your personal information is used only to process your registration and communicate with you about events. For full details, please visit our Privacy Policy.
We aim to create a safe, welcoming environment at every event. Please use good judgment and care when participating in outdoor or creative activities.
