Join us at Arrowhead Acres for a 60-minute Yin Yoga experience paired with a soothing sound bath, designed to support deep rest and gentle release. This class features longer-held, mostly reclined or seated postures, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet.

Throughout the practice, singing bowls will be woven in to enhance relaxation and create a meditative, immersive atmosphere. Yin Yoga is accessible to all experience levels and is especially supportive for anyone craving stillness, restoration, or a moment of calm in the midst of a full season.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may wish to use, such as blocks, bolsters.
