Our Founding Season marks a time of growth and transformation as we expand the property with new gathering spaces and amenities. Couples who reserve their date now will secure our introductory rates and become part of the Arrowhead Acres story from the very beginning.

The Spark — Short & Sweet Ceremony

Celebrate your love with simplicity and intention.
 The Spark is designed for couples who value meaning over grandeur — a heartfelt ceremony surrounded by nature, crafted for connection rather than production.

Includes:

  • Up to 2 hours of venue access for your ceremony and photos

  • Choice of ceremony location — deck, barn, or meadow

  • Access to bridal suite or prep lounge

  • On-site host for coordination and flow

  • Parking for guests and vendors

  • Setup and teardown assistance

  • Access to our curated vendor list for florals, rentals, and catering

  • Parking assistance for guests and vendors

For couples who want to savor the full Arrowhead experience.
The Journey offers extended time, full-property access, and space for creativity. It’s an immersive celebration that unfolds naturally — from your setup and rehearsal evening to a full day of joy, connection, and unforgettable moments.

Includes:

  • 1.5-Day Access

    • Day Before (Setup & Rehearsal): 2–7 p.m.

    • Wedding Day: 9 a.m.–10 p.m.

  • Full use of barn, cabin, and meadow for ceremony + reception

  • Kitchen access for catering and prep—Coming Soon!

  • On-site team for coordination and flow

  • Access to bridal and groom suites

  • Ambient and outdoor lighting throughout the property

  • Setup, teardown, and parking assistance

  • Use of preferred vendor list for planning support
