Event space rentals include access to your selected space, tables and chairs, basic setup and cleanup support, and on-site assistance to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Our flexible spaces were created for meaningful gatherings — from creative workshops and intimate celebrations to team retreats and styled photo sessions. Each rental includes private access to our 10-acre property and everything it offers; the cabin, barn, upper and lower decks, and meadow. To ensure success for every gathering, your reservation includes setup time and a dedicated on-site host to ensure your event flows smoothly.

Arrowhead Acres offers flexible, indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for creative workshops, Retreats, classes, styled shoots, and hands-on gatherings.
The Cabin
The dedicated workshop room seats 12–14 for hands-on, focused activities.
When using the main cabin spaces — the living room and loft — you can comfortably host rotating groups of up to 30 guests.
If your workshop flows outdoors onto the deck, total event capacity expands to up to 70 guests for open-house style events, maker markets, or larger creative gatherings.
A warm, light-filled creative space designed for everything from intimate classes to multi-station workshops.
The Barn & Meadow
The barn’s large open floor plan seats 40–50 guests indoors for classes, demonstrations, or larger group activities.
The outdoor area directly outside the barn expands capacity by an additional 50 guests, creating seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
Total event capacity for barn-centered workshops is up to 100 guests.

Hourly rental: $150
Half-Day rental (4 hours): $500
Full-Day rental (8 hours): $1,000
Additional cleaning and rental charges may apply based on party size & area(s) of property being used. Total investment will be provided after inquiry form is submitted.
Space rental includes entire property - use of indoor and outdoor spaces, cabin furniture, and everyday amenities like coffee machine. Price estimates above do not include outdoor rental equipment like tables and chairs, required luxury facilities (for parties over 30 guests), or add-ons like set up support / event assistance, fire pit, or s’mores station. Required items will be noted in your reservation, optional add-on items can be included in your reservation for an additional cost, at your request.
