Our flexible spaces were created for meaningful gatherings — from creative workshops and intimate celebrations to team retreats and styled photo sessions. Each rental includes private access to our 10-acre property and everything it offers; the cabin, barn, upper and lower decks, and meadow. To ensure success for every gathering, your reservation includes setup time and a dedicated on-site host to ensure your event flows smoothly.

The Cabin
A warm, light-filled creative space designed for everything from intimate classes to multi-station workshops.
The dedicated workshop room seats 12–14 for hands-on, focused activities.
When using the main cabin spaces — the living room and loft — you can comfortably host rotating groups of up to 30 guests.
If your workshop flows outdoors onto the deck, total event capacity expands to up to 70 guests for open-house style events, maker markets, or larger creative gatherings.
The Barn & Meadow
A versatile, open gathering space perfect for larger workshops, creative events, markets, and photography sessions.
The barn’s large open floor plan seats 40–50 guests indoors for classes, demonstrations, or larger group activities.
The outdoor area directly outside the barn expands capacity by an additional 50 guests, creating seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
Total event capacity for barn-centered workshops is up to 100 guests.
